Design of a Business Model (Completed March 2012)

This project intends to design a Business Model (hereafter BM), develop a prototype implementation and work out several case studies. The BM will offer primitive concepts such as (business) actor (who can be an agent, position, or role), goal, action and process. Using these concepts along with relationships among them, one will be able to develop a business-level description of a business organization in order to better support business intelligence operations. The project also intends to develop formal analysis and visualization techniques for business schemas.
